14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a
14-day window for returns and exchanges, starting from the day you
receive your product.
Eligibility:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for processing the return or exchange.
Process:
Initiate Return/Exchange:Â Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Return Shipping:Â You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund/Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your
refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method.
Exclusions:
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Additional Notes:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive your item.
